Our area spans Williamson and Travis counties and several districts, so not every candidate below will appear on your ballot. Your address determines your exact ballot, so look yours up before you vote. Races marked (Uncontested) below have no opponent on the November ballot.

Leander ISD

🗳️ Vote for Prop A: Leander ISD VATRE
The Travis County and Williamson County Democratic Parties have endorsed Proposition A and urge voters to vote FOR it. Leander ISD has called a Voter-Approval Tax Rate Election (VATRE), which will appear on the ballot as Proposition A. If approved, the measure is expected to generate approximately $6.7 million annually after state recapture to support district operations, with an estimated additional property tax of just $28 per year for a home with the district’s average taxable value.
Austin Community College
ACC trustees are elected at large, so this race appears on every ballot in the ACC taxing district.
🇺🇸 Federal
District 17 covers about 90% of Cedar Park and 62% of Leander; for most residents, this is the congressional race on your ballot. The Williamson County remainder of Leander is in District 31, and the Travis County portions of both cities fall in District 11 or District 10.
